There is only one international development organisation operating in Liuzhou Prefecture that I am aware of. If you know of others, please let me know.

"Couleurs de Chine", Colours of China, is a French non profit association registered in Paris. It was created in 1990 by a small group of sinologists with the purpose of promoting the culture of minorities from China.

They are particularly active in the Miao minority area to the north of Liuzhou, largely around Rongshui, where they have built schools and enabled poorer children, especially girls, to attend school for at least primary education.
